Failing joint sealant is a maintenance problem that is often overlooked. But when the sealants begins to wear,  gaps are left on your building allowing water, pests, mold, and mildew to enter and can cause a lot of damage. Sealing those gaps with fresh caulk keeps those things out and the hot or cold air inside the building, where you want it. Because of this, sealant/caulking can save you a lot of money on your building’s energy bill. Lastly, good caulking keeps the exterior of the building looking clean and well-maintained. It eliminates unsightly gaps in the building’s joints and contributes to the overall enhancement of aesthetic appeal. 

We handle all of your building’s sealant/caulking needs. This includes both exterior and interior sealants. We will bid the sealant package on new construction or  inspect the sealants/caulking in existing buildings to determine if it needs to be replaced.
